5. Pro Membership

Pro membership is a paid subscription offering additional features. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
• Refunds are provided at our discretion
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Points and Rewards

Pro Points ("PP") earned through the Service have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify the points system at any time.

7. Not Gambling

TrustMePro is NOT a gambling service. No real money is wagered on predictions. Points are earned for entertainment and competition purposes only.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by TrustMePro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of match data, predictions, or leaderboard standings.

11. Limitation of Liability

TrustMePro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
